Canadian and International Politics – March of the Living

You’re passionate about taking a lead and want to understand the issues and challenges surrounding Canadian, Israeli, and International Politics. You are inspired to learn more about the Jewish homeland and how it came be to be the most coveted piece of Land in the Middle East. You will have the option to travel to Poland and Israel on the March of the Living or to the AIPAC conference (additional cost).

This course explores various perspectives on issues in Canadian and world politics. Students will explore political decision making and ways in which individuals, stakeholder groups, and various institutions, including governments, multinational corporations, and non-governmental organizations, respond to and work to address domestic and international issues. Students will apply the concepts of political thinking and the political inquiry process to investigate issues, events, and developments of national and international political importance, and to develop and communicate informed opinions about them. Prerequisite: Any university or university/college preparation course in Canadian and world studies, English, or social sciences and humanities

Your Experience is 2.5hrs in-class once a week September-June, 2 seminars and Family Dinner
You will have the option to go on a trip with your cohort. Additional costs will apply.

Grade 11- Canadian and International Politics- CPW4U

Prerequisite: Any university or university/college preparation course in Canadian and world studies, English or social sciences and humanities.

The March of the Living course will run from January-June. The student must be accepted to the MOL trip, and will have to attend both the Torah High courses as well as the MOL requirements. The fee for the MOL trip is paid separately to MOL. For more information about the trip please contact March of the Living.
