Grade 11/12—Business Leadership—Management Fundamentals—BOH4M

Prerequisite: None

This course focuses on the development of leadership skills used in managing a successful business. Students will analyse the role of a leader in business, with a focus on decision making, management of group dynamics, workplace stress and conflict, motivation of employees, and planning. Effective business communication skills, ethics, and social responsibility are also emphasized. The course will focus on various Jewish leaders, both historical and current figures, and the impact their traits have on being a strong leader. Students will also learn Jewish Values as they relate to Business Ethics.

Torah High offers integrated learning, incorporating Jewish ideas and perspectives throughout our curriculum, both in Jewish and General Studies, while simultaneously meeting the Ministry of Education’s curriculum expectations.
